Refund & cancellation policy

We want you to love DailyDraft. If it isn't right for you, getting your money back should be simple.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy for any reason, email support@getdailydraft.com within 7 days of being charged (your first payment or a yearly renewal) and we will refund the full amount. No questions asked.

• Write from the email you joined with, or include it in your message.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay.
• Banks usually show the refund within 5–7 working days after we process it.
• Once refunded, your daily drafts stop.

After 7 days

After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. You keep receiving drafts until the end of the year you paid for.

Auto-renewal and cancelling

Your plan renews automatically every year at the then-current price (₹730/year for the Essential plan today) so your drafts never stop. We email you a reminder before each renewal.

• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time by emailing support@getdailydraft.com (and soon, in one tap from your dashboard).
• After you cancel, you keep receiving drafts until the end of your paid year. You won't be charged again.
• You can also cancel the UPI Autopay or card mandate from your UPI app or bank.

Failed renewal payments

If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it for a few days. Your drafts continue during this time. If all retries fail, your membership pauses until you pay again.
