Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and DailyDraft (DailyDraft, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India). By joining DailyDraft, you agree to them. Please read them; they're short.

1. What you get

DailyDraft sends you one AI-written content draft every morning (around 7:00 AM IST), personalised to the Brand DNA you give us. Each draft includes hook options, a script, a caption, hashtags and shot notes, sent by email and, if you connect it, Telegram. Delivery times are approximate and may occasionally be delayed.

2. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and give us accurate details. One membership is for one person.

3. Price, payment and auto-renewal

• The Essential plan costs ₹730 per year, paid upfront through Razorpay.
• Your plan renews automatically each year at the then-current price unless you cancel. We remind you before renewal.
• You can cancel auto-renewal any time; you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. See our Refund & cancellation policy, including our 7-day money-back guarantee.
• Prices may change; changes apply from your next renewal and we'll tell you in advance.

4. AI-generated content: please review before posting

Your drafts are written by AI. They are suggestions, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and fact-checking anything before you publish it, especially health, financial, legal or other specialised claims, and for following the rules of the platforms you post on. We don't guarantee any particular views, followers, leads or income.

5. Who owns the drafts

You may use, edit and publish your drafts freely, including commercially. Because other members in your niche may receive drafts based on the same daily idea, we can't guarantee that a draft is unique to you. The DailyDraft name, website, design and prompt systems remain ours.

6. Fair use

Don't share your account, resell our drafts as a service, try to break or overload our systems, or use DailyDraft for anything unlawful, hateful or misleading. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep DailyDraft running well, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or reputation.

8. Ending your membership

You can stop at any time (see section 3). We may end or suspend a membership that breaks these terms; if we end it without a breach on your part, we'll refund the unused portion of your year.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll email you before they take effect.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Before going to court, please email us at support@getdailydraft.com; most things can be sorted out quickly.
